Return and Refund Policy

Returns Within 30 days - You must return your product within 30 days of purchasing it:
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within any applicable return days specified by your bank.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please send an email to support@esyba.com with photo proof of eligibility and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. We will mail you a gift certificate upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver has shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and he will be aware of your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
